SMS Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to text messages exchanged with Brandon Cruz's contact line, (808) 468-3897, which is operated by Rank Rebels LLC ("Rank Rebels," "we," "us").

Program description. (808) 468-3897 is Brandon Cruz's contact number. Brandon gives it out personally, for example on business cards, in email signatures, or in conversation. When you text it, an AI assistant replies on Brandon's behalf. It can take a message, answer basic questions, and make sure urgent matters reach Brandon quickly. We don't send marketing or promotional messages from this number.

How you opt in. You opt in by texting (808) 468-3897 first. Our first reply tells you that you're talking with Brandon's AI assistant and how to opt out. We only reply to conversations you start, plus follow-ups about that conversation.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You'll generally get one reply for each message you send, plus occasional follow-ups about your conversation.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out. Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to (808) 468-3897 at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then we won't text you again. To start again, text START.

Help. Text HELP to (808) 468-3897, email [email protected], or call 808-427-1928.

About the AI assistant. Replies may be generated by an AI assistant. It can't make commitments for Brandon or Rank Rebels, including prices, quotes, payments, invoices, or legal matters. Brandon will follow up on those personally. Don't text sensitive information such as card numbers, passwords, or medical details.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy at rankrebels.ai/privacy.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
