Courts have held that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) covers business websites — the Supreme Court let the Robles v. Domino's ruling stand in 2019, and the filings took off. There's no government checklist, so courts and demand letters use WCAG 2.1 AA (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) as the standard.
